Planning a special event with a multitude of details is no easy task, but with the assistance of Premier Event Planning and Consulting, it can be made simple. Once I get your input as far as the theme and style, we can begin to talk about colors and the overall feel of your event.

  • Do you want an elegant, intimate gathering or a crazy/ fun /party atmosphere?
  • Do you want to host a themed party complete with decorations and props?
  • Are you putting together a colorful display or do you want a giant Christmas tree with lots of presents and a traditional Christmas dinner?

All of these things can be decided with my help. I will then put together a proposal that lists everything in detail. I use my special and preferred relationships with local vendors to deliver spectacular event planning services.

My event planning service provides for a full-service consultation, including, but not limited to the following:

Event planning fees are based on the scope of your event; audience size & participants, and the number of manageable components that comprises it.
A proposal will be tailor-fit to your event after your initial consultation.

– Small Events; up to 50 attendees and participants. Prices begin at $100.
– Mid-Sized Events; 51 – 100 attendees and participants. Prices begin at $300.
– Large Events; 101 or more attendees and participants. Prices begin at $500.
